Brevo

Settings → Email lists. Growth plan and above (byo_email). Spec: docs/INTEGRATIONS.md §2–§5, ADR-014.

Everyone who registers arrives in Brevo as one contact per household, on a list for the event and each day. Brevo can also send EntryWick's own confirmations, tickets and reminders for you.

What syncs

Attributes and lists are created the first time they are used.

Bounces come back straight away through a webhook EntryWick adds to your account: a hard bounce or a spam complaint marks the contact in EntryWick and moves that person to the print track.

Sending EntryWick's email through Brevo

Tick Send our confirmations, tickets and reminders through Brevo too. EntryWick's messages then leave through your Brevo account, and their delivery, opens, bounces and complaints come back onto each message as they do with the built-in sender. Verify your sending domain in Brevo first: Brevo refuses mail from a domain it has not verified.

Setting it up

In Brevo: SMTP & API → API keys → Generate a new API key.
Settings → Email lists → paste it under Brevo → Connect Brevo.
Check the mapping, Save mapping, then Sync now.

Limits

Eight calls a second per account.
An API key has access to the whole Brevo account; create one for EntryWick alone so it can be revoked on its own.
Retries, the health panel, the owner email on a refused key and the 30 days after disconnecting work as for Constant Contact.
