Live dashboard

The live view of check-in for one event, opened from the event (header button or the events list).

Who opens it: organizers and group leads on event day, often on a laptop at the registration table, sometimes on a phone walking between gates. Anyone who can read reports.

What they came to do: see at a glance how many people are in, where the lines are, which scanners have gone quiet, and what just happened at the gates — without refreshing anything.

What must be true when they leave: the numbers they acted on were the real ones (people, not tickets), and a scanner that stopped talking was noticed.

Decided

• One day at a time: today's day opens by default; a picker switches days.
• Headline: registered, pre-checked, accepted, and no-show so far. Pre-checked is not attended (§11).
• By group and type, and by check-in point and hour (hours in the event's timezone).
• Devices: check-in point and pinned day, last sync, how many scans the phone says are waiting, app version, and a "Dark" marker after five minutes of silence.
• Latest scans: the last 20, with the same result colour, icon and word the scanner shows.
• People or tickets: people by default; tickets exist for reconciling a shared ticket that admitted several people.
• Group leads see their own groups' numbers; check-in points and devices are shown whole.
• Live: updates arrive as they happen; if the live connection keeps failing the page updates every 10 seconds on its own, and says which it is doing.

• "Within 2 seconds of a scan on staging" is checked when staging exists.
• No drill-down yet from a number to the people behind it (reports, week 10 step 4).
