Reports
Attendance after (or during) an event, in people — Admin → Events → Reports, and a Viewer's home.
Who opens it: organizers the morning after, group leads counting their own people, finance and viewers answering "how many came?".
What they came to do: get numbers they can trust and hand on — who came, who did not, who only pre-checked, who was there only with their family — and a list to fix what does not add up.
What must be true when they leave: the numbers add up, count people rather than tickets, and a file they download shows times in the event's own timezone.
Decided
- Choose the event and the day.
- Registered is everyone expected at the day, plus anyone with a check-in for it however they got in (an override, a ticket voided after they were admitted). It is split into Attended, Pre-checked only, Present with household only and No-show; the four always add up to it (Pilot Day, C6).
- Until the day has ended, the last column is Not yet arrived instead of No-show.
- Breakdowns by group, by type, and attended by check-in point.
- A group lead sees only their groups' people.
- Tickets scanned more than once and Overrides (with the reason and who gave it) are there for reconciling.
- Export any list as CSV or Excel; a large one arrives by email as a link that works for a day. The list's day column is Day. An Excel file of an attendance list also carries By group, By type and By check-in point sheets, the same numbers as the tables on screen; a CSV file holds the list only.
Open
- Marking no-shows at event close as a status (today the list is simply final once the event is closed).
- A cross-day "attended any day" view.
