Constant Contact
Settings → Email lists. Growth plan and above (byo_email). Spec: docs/INTEGRATIONS.md §2–§5, the §4 mapping.
The IV Day integration, generalized: everyone who registers arrives in your Constant Contact account as one contact per household, on a list for the event and a list for each day, with everyone's names in a custom field.

Lists, custom fields and tags are created in your account the first time they are used. Rename or remove any field, or add a form answer, under What is sent. People with no usable email address are never sent.
When: someone registers, is issued a ticket, checks in, or their email or phone changes — and every night, when anything that changed and was missed is sent again. Sync now does the nightly run on demand.
Bounces come back nightly. Constant Contact has no bounce webhook, so each night EntryWick reads the bounce reports of the campaigns you sent in the last day and a half. A hard bounce (the address does not exist, or cannot receive mail) marks the contact as bounced in EntryWick and moves that person to the print track. Full mailboxes and vacation replies are left alone.
Setting it up
- Settings → Email lists → Connect Constant Contact.
- Sign in to Constant Contact and approve EntryWick. It asks to manage contacts (to write them) and to read campaign data (to read bounces).
- You are back on the screen with the default mapping. Change it if you want, then Save mapping.
- Press Sync now to send everyone already registered.
Limits
- Four calls a second per account, well under Constant Contact's own limit; a large first sync takes a few minutes per thousand households.
- Custom field values are cut at 255 characters.
- The fields describe the household at your latest event when a contact registered for more than one; the lists and tags cover all of them.
- A failed contact is retried five times over about an hour and a half; its error shows on the health panel meanwhile. A revoked connection stops syncing at once and your owners are emailed once.
- Disconnecting keeps the record of what was sent for 30 days, so reconnecting in that time does not add everyone again.
- Inbound sync (Constant Contact → EntryWick) is not built.
